1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding contract between you ("User" or "Member") and kasiwin ("Platform", "we"). By registering an account, logging in, or using any service provided by kasiwin, you agree to be fully bound by all provisions set out in this document.

kasiwin operates under international licensing and provides sports betting, online casino games, slots, and other games to eligible users. The platform is built specifically to meet the needs of Malaysian players, with local payment methods and support in Malay.

2. User Eligibility

kasiwin services are offered only to individuals who meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 21 or above at the date of registration. Age verification may be requested at any time.
• Not a citizen or permanent resident of any jurisdiction that explicitly prohibits online gambling.
• Registering as a private individual and not on behalf of a company, commercial entity, or third party.
• Has not previously been banned, suspended, or prohibited from using kasiwin or any related platform.
• Capable of making legally valid decisions and not subject to any court order that restricts participation in gambling activities.

3. Account Registration

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) active account only. Holding more than one account — whether using the same or different information — is a breach of these terms and may result in the suspension of all accounts involved along with the freezing of their balances.

During registration, Users are required to provide truthful, accurate, and current information including full name, identity card or MyKad number, an active mobile number, and a valid email address. kasiwin reserves the right to request supporting documents for identity verification (KYC) purposes at any time.

• The User bears full responsibility for keeping their account username and password confidential.
• Users must notify kasiwin immediately if they suspect unauthorised access to their account.
• kasiwin is not responsible for any loss arising from a User's failure to keep their login details secure.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

kasiwin provides a range of payment methods for the convenience of Users in Malaysia. All transactions are processed in accordance with the following policy:

• Minimum deposit: RM10 for all payment methods.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 for all payment methods.
• Withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours after the request is approved.
• Accepted deposit methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH).

Users may only withdraw to an account or e-wallet registered in their own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are prohibited and may trigger an additional review process. kasiwin reserves the right to request identity verification before approving any withdrawal for security purposes.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

All bonuses and promotions offered by kasiwin are subject to the specific terms set for each campaign. Users are responsible for reading and understanding the relevant conditions before accepting any bonus.

Welcome Bonus: kasiwin offers a 100% welcome bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of RM500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus value received before any withdrawal from the bonus balance is permitted.

Pre-set calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → bonus RM100 → balance RM200 → wagering requirement: RM100 × 25 = RM2,500
• Deposit RM1,200 → bonus RM500 (maximum cap) → balance RM1,700 → wagering requirement: RM500 × 25 = RM12,500

The general conditions applicable to all kasiwin bonuses are as follows:

• Bonuses may not be transferred or exchanged directly for cash.
• kasiwin reserves the right to cancel any bonus obtained through means considered to be misusing the promotions system.
• One bonus offer is considered per User, per device, per IP address, per payment detail, and per residential address. Any attempt to register multiple accounts to take advantage of the same offer is a breach of these terms.
• The expiry date of a bonus will be stated in the specific terms of the relevant campaign.

6. Betting and Game Rules

Users acknowledge that all forms of betting and gaming offered by kasiwin involve an element of chance, and no guarantee of winnings is given. kasiwin uses a certified, independently audited random number generator (RNG) to ensure the fairness of all games.

Several general rules apply to all betting activity at kasiwin:

• Results recorded by the kasiwin system are final and binding, unless a technical error can be proven.
• Bets placed during a technical disruption or system outage may be voided, and any related payments will be returned.
• kasiwin reserves the right to cancel or suspend a bet if there is any doubt about its validity.
• The use of automated software, bots, or unauthorised technical tools to place bets is strictly prohibited.

For sports betting specifically, kasiwin applies standard betting rules covering conditions related to matches that are cancelled, postponed, or not completed in the original format.

7. User Conduct and Ethics

Users agree to use the kasiwin platform responsibly and ethically. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate action against the account concerned:

• Use of offensive language, threats, or harassment directed at support staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Attempts to access unauthorised areas of the platform, including attempts to breach security systems.
• Spreading false or misleading information about kasiwin to other parties.
• Filing groundless complaints or chargebacks through payment providers without first contacting kasiwin customer support.
• Using funds obtained unlawfully to make deposits.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

kasiwin reserves the right to suspend or close any User's account without prior notice if there is a breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspicious activity, or upon request by the relevant authorities.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting kasiwin customer support via live chat or email. Valid account balances will be returned after a review, provided there are no active restrictions or holds on the account.

In cases where an account is suspended for investigation purposes, the account balance may be frozen while the investigation is ongoing. Users will be contacted via their registered email once the outcome of the investigation is available.

9. Limitation of Liability

kasiwin will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from:

• Technical disruptions, server failures, or connection delays beyond kasiwin's control.
• Betting decisions made by Users based on inaccurate information from third parties.
• Financial losses resulting from irresponsible use of the platform.
• Unauthorised access to a User's account caused by the User's own negligence.

The kasiwin platform is provided on an "as is" basis and we make no guarantee that the service will always be error-free or uninterrupted. We do, however, work to maintain the best possible system availability at all times.

10. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

kasiwin reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without any obligation to provide prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on this website.

It is the User's responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure they remain in compliance with the latest version of the Terms & Conditions. Continued use of the kasiwin platform after any amendment is published will be considered acceptance of those changes by the User.

11. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from the use of the kasiwin platform will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which kasiwin's licence is issued, unless otherwise required by mandatory local laws.

Before initiating any legal action, Users agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through kasiwin customer support. Our customer service team is available 24/7 in Malay and English.

If a resolution cannot be reached within a reasonable period, the dispute may be referred to an alternative dispute resolution authority recognised by the relevant licensing body.

This document becomes valid and binding as soon as the User completes the kasiwin account registration process. By using this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the provisions above.
